RFP - Milton Road over Hoods Creek, Federal Project No.: 5938(262) State Bridge No.: 38C0232 & Pione

Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting proposals for the following projects:

MILTON ROAD OVER HOODS CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT Federal Project No.: 5938(262) State Bridge No.: 38C0232
AND PIONEER AVENUE OVER LONE TREE CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT Federal Project No.: 5938(261) State Bridge No.: 38C0262

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for two project-specific contracts between the County and Consultant. The scope of services will consist of but not limited to, the engineering design and preparation of 100% contract documents consisting of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of each project. The scope of services will also include, but not limited to, conducting necessary environmental studies, clearing NEPA and CEQA environmental requirements, obtaining State and Federal permits and authorizations, securing any other relevant permits, per Standard Environmental Standard’s (SER). Scope of services shall also include obtaining all required right-of-way and easements, coordination with all relevant utility agencies, surveying, project management, public outreach services, completing all Caltrans required documentation for each phase of the projects, construction support, and construction surveying services.

If you wish to be considered for the Milton Road over Hoods Creek and Pioneer Avenue over Lone Tree Creek Bridge Replacement Projects, please submit three (3) hard copies of the proposal (including all forms and exhibits) by 5:00 P.M., on June 8, 2020:
